About CommunityViz® Pro Beta

Now that we’ve upgraded to ensure CommunityViz® is compatible with ArcGIS Pro, we officially have a Beta version ready for you to explore, called CommunityViz® Pro or (CViz® Pro) for short.

What’s included in CommunityViz® Pro Beta:

  • This release may encounter issues with large datasets.

Install Instructions

Follow the installation instructions below once you have the installation requirements. (Last updated 11/12/24)

Installation Requirements

  • Installed ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or higher
  • Download the latest CommunityViz® Pro Installer (.exe file). – refer to release notes for latest version
  • CommunityViz® Pro License ID and Password (provided in your email)

Note: If you are upgrading from 1.0 to 1.1, you will need to uninstall CViz Pro 1.0 before you begin to install updated release 1.1.0. Refer to this Updating to 1.1.0 Guide.

Refreshing License Instructions

Follow this How-To Refresh License Guide.

Note: If you previously activated your CViz Pro Beta license and are receiving a license expired message, you will need to refresh your license.

Beta User Support & Bug Reporting

As a Beta Tester, we want to hear from you about:

  • Any bugs or issues
  • User feedback and experience

If you find a bug, please complete the following steps using our CommunityViz® Support Help Desk.

    1. SelectReport an Issue” as the ticket type.
    2. Include the following information in ticket detail pane:
      1. In the ‘Issue Summary‘ Field: Indicate the name of the feature or tool that the bug is impacting.
      2. In the ‘Issue Description’ Field: List out the steps you took before encountering the bug.
      3. In the ‘Attachment’ Section: Attach any screenshots of error messages or screens showing the identified issue or bug you are encountering.
    3. Submit your ticket.
