Option A: If you are using ArcGIS Pro 3.6+, download and install the CViz Pro v2.1 base installer for ArcGIS Pro 3.6, then run the Check for Updates app to get the latest version for your ArcGIS Pro release.
Option B: If you are using ArcGIS Pro 3.0-3.5, go to the backwards compatibility section below.
Use the compatibility table below to find the correct CommunityViz Pro installer for your version of ArcGIS Pro.
*For versions 2.2-2.4, run Check for Updates, once you have the correct v2.1 base installer link included below.
For users using ArcGIS Pro 3.0-3.5, you can now install and activate the first general availability release of CViz Pro, version 2.1, using the CViz Pro v2.1 installer for ArcGIS Pro 3.0-3.5.
Note: CViz Pro 2.1 is the only version supported on ArcGIS Pro 3.0–3.5. After upgrading to ArcGIS Pro 3.6+, run Check for Updates to get the latest CViz Pro version for your new ArcGIS Pro release.
