Perpetual licenses allow you to use your purchased software indefinitely, but do not include ongoing support, updates, or guaranteed compatibility with third-party platforms.
CommunityViz licensing has been upgraded and no longer uses prior distribution and authentication methods. For any purchase made after 5/1/2026, CommunityViz will require new licensing.
Product Options
CommunityViz 5.2 (CommunityViz for ArcMap) is now a legacy product and is no longer supported or updated. Limited assistance (installation and activation only) may be available with an active Support Renewal License.
CViz Pro (CommunityViz for ArcGIS Pro) is a new product built for ArcGIS Pro and uses a modern, seat-based licensing model. It is not an upgrade to CommunityViz 5.2 and must be licensed separately unless otherwise specified.
Technical Support Maintenance
Technical Support for current products is provided through an annual subscription and includes access to support resources, troubleshooting, and the latest software releases.
Changes in third-party platforms (such as Esri) may affect software compatibility, and ongoing compatibility is not guaranteed.
