CViz Pro is a new product built for ArcGIS Pro and uses a modern, seat-based licensing model. It is not an upgrade to CommunityViz 5.2 and must be licensed separately unless otherwise specified.
Technical Support for current products is provided through an annual subscription and includes access to support resources, troubleshooting, and the latest software releases.
Changes in third-party platforms (such as Esri) may affect software compatibility, and ongoing compatibility is not guaranteed.
