Scenario 360 4.3 for ArcGIS 10.1- installer for XP Windows Installer Service error

If you are upgrading from a previous version:

Use the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs option to remove CommunityViz for ArcGIS. Make sure Scenario 360 and Scenario 3D are also removed. After uninstalling, follow the installation steps below.

Installation instructions:

  1. Make sure you have administrator privileges on the computer and that you have ArcGIS 10.1 installed.
  2. Double-click the Scenario360_XP_4352.msi.
  3. You can accept all default settings and data file locations (recommended) or choose your own. Be sure to create your data folder (CVFiles) in a place on your computer where you have plenty of disk space.
